Adjacent to Dallastown Nursing Center, the Victorian Villa is designed for individuals seeking an alternative living arrangement where choice, convenience, companionship and support are combined in a safe and secure environment. We provide personalized care while helping you to maintain your independence.
Long & Short term stays are welcome.
Shared studios, private rooms and private two-room suites available.
The Victorian Villa provides supportive housing designed for those who need extra help in their day-to-day lives, but do not require the 24-hour skilled nursing care found in traditional nursing homes. In Pennsylvania, the Department of Public Welfare regulates facilities like ours. In order to be eligible for stay, a Resident Medical Evaluation form must be completed by the physician.
The Victorian Villa combines housing, personal care services, and 24-hour supervision in an atmosphere of safety and privacy. The monthly fee includes: meals, laundry services, housekeeping, and recreation opportunities. At our facilities, senior adults can "age-in-place" by simply moving down the hall to our Nursing Center should they need more involved medical care.
We do offer Private & Semi-private rooms, as well as Two-room Suites.
Private insurance and/or Private pay accepted, as well as VA benefits
